When you Give Christmas, you’re part of something living.
You’re nurturing what’s already growing — and planting seeds for the future.
Together, we’re cultivating hope, one child, one community at a time.
This Christmas, give the gift of shoes, vitamins, gang prevention, family care, and more!
We invite you to Cultivate Hope this holiday season — nurturing the communities and children already thriving through holistic care, while planting seeds for new growth through new partners, new centers, and new opportunities for children in Guatemala City.
It’s about faithful stewardship and bold expansion: We’re tending to what God has already grown, and preparing the soil for what He’ll do next.

Support Emotional Health
Provide trauma-informed intervention and care when it is needed most.

However, families are resilient and learn to trust again when they receive the right resources and intervention designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children. With your help, we can impact the next generation.
Give Emotional Care
$2,500
Empower our entire team of mentors and psychologists to help families with trauma-informed intervention and care.
NEW FUTURES, FULL LIVES
Holistic support is in reach for families and children in Guatemala City’s poorest and most dangerous neighborhoods.
El Carmen Center is named for the neighborhood it serves, a red zone rife with gang activity, both there and in the surrounding area – Santa Catarina Pinula.
Most families in this neighborhood don’t have formal jobs but work as day laborers, earning $7 per day, which they often stretch to feed four or more people.
Through a partnership with Lemonade International, Asociación Comunitaria Alcance continues to expand programming at the El Carmen Center, and more organizations in Guatemala City are inviting us to partner with them as well. Children and families are hungry for the daily, nutritious, hot meals, as well as spiritual, academic, and emotional support that these centers offer. A gift of $14,000 provides all of the support and resources included in our gift catalog to begin serving a new neighborhood for one month.
Adopt a Neighborhood
