The Lemonade International Internship Program provides opportunities for motivated individuals to contribute to Lemonade International’s mission to educate and empower the people of La Limonada.
We are looking for highly motivated and talented people 18 years of age or older who desire to serve with us in the La Limonada community. This opportunity will give you a chance to directly experience life in La Limonada and use your skills and experiences to benefit the community. You can expect to learn from the challenges and excitement of working for a dynamic, young non-profit organization like Lemonade International, as well as gain an enormous amount of experience from cross-cultural and real-world responsibilities.
Through this program you will be part of a team that has devoted their lives to serving in La Limonada. You will be placed in a role specific to your qualifications. You’ll be trained, coached, and mentored by the staff in Guatemala and will live in intentional community at a home in Guatemala.
This training will consist of learning the history of the La Limonada community and our current programs there. Depending on your current proficiency in the Spanish language and the length of your time in Guatemala you may be required to attend language school before fully engaging in your work in La Limonada.
